Return Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are allowed. Exchange only or store credit. All items purchased from www.slayywithslimm.com are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect. 

You are allowed 24-48 hours from the date you received your order to request an exchange for manufactured defective items. Please make sure you check all items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges pass the 24-48 hour mark. 

We reserve the right to request for pictures, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. 

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original conditions. Any items that have been worn will be refused and returned to the sender. 

No exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase. 

Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable!

Shipping Policy: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order to be processed. All orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Allow 2-4 business days for standard shipping. Please allow 1-4 weeks for pre-orders!
